What is company refund policy

If at any point you are not satisfied with the services rendered by us, you maybe eligible for complete or partial refund depending on what product(s) or services(s) you have signed up for, unless the contract you have signed has its own refund policy. The refund policy in the signed contract will over rule the general company refund policy. For more details please discuss with your key account manager.

While dealing with Ammar Technology LLC, you certify that you follow our terms and conditions that are as follows:

  • Any work or project carried out by Ammar Technology LLC is only under an agreement provided to us via e-mail, call, mail or fax.
  • The elements of the website i.e. its design, graphics or any code, remain the property of Ammar Technology LLC until all outstanding dues are paid.
  • In case of any losses occurred by the use the software created for the client, Ammar Technology LLC will not be responsible.
  • Termination of services must be requested by the client in a written notice, preferably via e-mail.
  • Ammar Technology reserves the right to terminate its services with any client at any time during the negotiation phase without providing any explanation, by giving them a written notice.

We have set rules for expected behavior by the management, users, system admins as well as the security personnel. The consequences of violation are defined and authorized. Even If any information does leak, the aurthorized security personnel monitor and investigate throughout.
